Niseko, Hirafu, Kutchan, Rusutsu — home to some of the world's finest powder snow. But this area is changing faster than most people realise. New restaurants, private villas, and concepts open every season. If you're not on the ground, you miss them. We are.

We visit each stay and restaurant ourselves, eat with our own palates, and list only what we'd return to. We don't aim for comprehensiveness — we aim for a guide where, if it's listed here, you can trust it. And because we update it as things open, it's always current.

Listings are paid (Restaurants ¥22,000 / Hotels ¥44,000 per year). We rely on listing fees alone — no banner ads, no sponsorships — so our editorial stays independent.
